To understand the complex functioning of the immune system, scientists are building mathematical models to explain the progression of the disease and the response of the body. Researchers at Michigan State University, East Lansing has, and Marquette University in Milwaukee, a model that simulates what appear as in the early stages of HIV infection, was created. Based on their model, they believe that the human body can successfully get rid of HIV, unless the attack while other cofactors in the immune system. The information you describe is not a clinical study. It describes the creation of a mathematical model. In other words, is a theory. It is also a decade-old theory and the study of HIV, ten years is a long time.

The paper describes this model was published in the Journal of Theoretical Biology 1997th The following is the summary:
