Nanny Liability Insurance Do I Need Liability Insurance?

Do I need liability Insurance? - nanny liability insurance

I started my own agency for caregivers and ask yourself what kind of insurance you need. The answer I hear most is insurance. However, because the nurse is working with and for signing a contract by family and child care, so why do I need insurance? HELP!

If you offer baby-sitting in the homes of customers who do not normally have an insurance. Because you basically as a servant of the family of their engagement. You can always professional liability insurance policy, if desired.

If you offer the service at home, then you are self employed and basically run a daycare in your home. You need a policy of liability insurance. Most states have laws requiring insurance and licensing for the care of children.

Good luck
