Can HIV (PEP) meds (Stocrin/Truvada) cause swollen groin lymph node? Or is it sign of PEP meds failure? - how effective pep hiv 2010

I had a possible exposure to HIV on 1 November. I began taking drugs PEP (Stocrin and Truvada), approximately 30 hours later, and now 3.5 days after exposure, have, I swollen lymph nodes in the left bar. In the right bar of the view that it can pop up too. Is this a possible side effect of medicine? Or, more likely a sign of HIV infection? What% of PEP medication is effective? Please help
